Online Entrepreneur – You Were Born to Be Successful

Hello, entrepreneur.

I’m very glad to see you here. And you are here for a reason. And the reason is that you want to start and run a successful online home based business – the real business that you will ever proud of.

I really understand you and how you feel because we’re the same.

Today I want to share the best single quality of a successful online entrepreneur with you.

This single quality is the key quality that every online business person must possess in order to succeed online – er – in life.

I know that there are many qualities such as disciplined, confident, passionate, creative, optimistic, and so on.

I don’t disagree with these great qualities. In fact, these are common traits that most CEOs have.

But to me, I believe that the best single quality of a successful online entrepreneur lies within 2 little words, “I CAN.”

These 2 little words make all things possible. All failures become winners because of “I CAN” attitude.

“I CAN” encourages and motivates people to move forward, no matter what. Personally speaking, I’ve benefited from the words for many years since I started to truly understand the concept of “I CAN.”

“I CAN” may sound simple and nothing new to some folks. But don’t allow its simplicity to deceive you.

Now I wan you to read the following lines attentively. Then you’ll understand why the “I CAN” attitude is the life-giving attitude that every individual must have in order to become a successful online entrepreneur.

Ok, let’s get started.

Raymond Holliwell wrote in the Law of Success:

Nothing is impossible. Higher faculties, remarkable talents, superior insight and greater power are dormant in all, and by special psychological methods, these exceptional elements can be developed to an extraordinary degree for actual and practical use. Every mind can develop greatness. It’s simply a matter of knowing how.

True self-help, self-discovery, self-knowledge and the proper instructions in applying one’s faculties and using one’s forces will advance any person. Practice will ensure efficiency; use will bring forth results. Success, therefore, is within the reach of every aspiring person.

Now, Holliwell asks the question, “Do YOU wish to succeed?

And he said, “You can. You possess all of the essentials within yourself. All you need is to gain a right understanding of the principles and laws upon which success is based and then to apply the right methods of operating these laws until success is earned.”

You know, I read these lines over and over and over again. They are just about as motivating as anything I have ever read. It’s such wonderful information.

Please note…

Although this concept works for me, it may not work for you. So if you find that it doesn’t work for you or whatever, simply ignore it and do something else you enjoy. Don’t worry. I’ll never get angry with you.

Just keep in mind that…

I will always be here for you, no matter how long it takes or how difficult it may become. I’m so proud of you for who you are, and nothing will ever change that.

Also remember what Bob Proctor said…

“The fact that a person is honest and truthful and industrious does not ensure their success. More may be necessary than this for if a person is timid, backward or fearful, fear will act as a brake to retard his progress. If a person is an efficient engineer yet has an inferiority complex, that complex will make him mediocre and he will not be able to extend himself according to his skillful training.”

And note that…

“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure,” said Collin Powell.

Phew! You may feel that there’re lots of things for you to keep in mind, remember, and note. No more, I promise.

Oops. I still have one more left.
You’re now no longer an employee. You’re an entrepreneur!

What’s the difference between employees and entrepreneurs?

Simply put, employees work for others and get paid, while entrepreneurs work for themselves and write their own ticket to financial freedom.

My real purpose is that I want you to really understand and adopt the right mindset of successful entrepreneurs. And I believe that it’s worth presenting it to you.

Keep it short.

Every successful entrepreneur invests time, effort, energy, and/or money upfront to build his or her long-term, highly-profitable business.

That’s the point…the only point that I really want you to get it right.

Thus, make sure that you are ready to build your thriving online home based business. ‘Ready’ here I mean that you have to be willing to invest your time, effort, energy, and some money in your real online business.

When the mindset of successful online entrepreneur is deeply embedded in every fiber of your being, you will NOT be discouraged by the fact that your young 5-month-old online business always yields low return or no return.

With the entrepreneurial belief, you will keep moving forward, no matter what. Eventually, you will be able to build an online home based business that yields great, greater returns on your investment.

So don’t get discouraged if during these early business-building months give you far less than what you’ve expected.

Keep in mind that you’re an online entrepreneur and you’re writing your own ticket to financial freedom. You’re not working for anybody and you’re not earning an hourly wage.

Now I think you’re well aware that you need to be focused, dedicated, disciplined, patient, and persistent to build such a highly-profitable online business.

Now I also think that…

It’s time for me to say “Good Bye” to you. But before I leave, I have 2 gifts for you. I love these gifts so much. Now I want to share them with you.

One is a poem entitled, “YOU CAN”. And the other is “6 things an online entrepreneur like YOU needs to know.” I hope you’ll love the gifts. See you soon.

YOU CAN

“If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you’d like to win but think you can’t, it’s almost a cinch, you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost, for out in the world
we find success begins with a person’s will.
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you’re outclassed, you are.
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You got to be sure of yourself before you can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger or faster one.
But sooner or later, the person who wins is the one who thinks they can.”

“Are You Serving or Selling?”

handshake-440959_1280First, we look up the words Sell and Serve.

According to a Longman Advanced American dictionary:

Sell: To give something to someone in exchange for money

Serve: To provide a group of people with something that is necessary or useful

Let’s analyze

Key phrases

The key phrase in the definition of the word Sell is ‘exchange for money’. That is, you give someone something and receive money from them at the same time. You’re trade. You trade products and services for money.

The key phrase in the definition of the word Serve is ‘necessary or useful’. That is, you give someone something that improves their situation in some way or something that they are in need of. There’s no trading here. That’s right.

Psychology of the words Sell and Serve

When people hear the word Sell, in their mind pop up the words ‘fear’, ‘pushiness’, and ‘dominant’.

Think of the last time you were sold to.

Here’s a question. Have you ever felt that you’re not cared for after buying something? Or have you ever experienced being manipulated by a salesperson?

I’m almost certain that we all have experienced this in one way or another.

Permit me to share one of my personal stories with you.

Long time ago, I needed personal transportation. So after saving some money, my friend Andy and I ventured to a used motorcycle lot to buy my first transportation. I felt excited whenever I thought of having my own transportation.

He and I went to one lot where a salesman approached us. This salesman was very friendly and helpful. He introduced me to a used motorcycle and launched into why this motorcycle was the perfect one for me.

Andy and I went for a test drive. I was feeling a little off about the motorcycle, but the salesman reassured that this was a great one.

I believed the salesman. Then I decided to buy that one even though I was trying to satisfy myself that that motorcycle was good.

Guess what? Yes, just 7 days later, the engine died.

I called that salesman to inquire about what to do. The salesman said, “There’s nothing we can do.” Then he hung up on me.

Did you know how I felt at that moment?

Yes, I felt that I was being cheated. I am very bitter about that experience.

Please don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying that all selling techniques are bad. But I do say that most of them ARE. As a result, a negative perspective on selling is unconsciously buried very deeply in our subconscious mind.

That’s why: “We all don’t want to be sold to.”

Ok, now have a look at the psychology of the word Serve.

What were we here to do?

Albert Einstein said, “Man is here for the sake of other men – above all for those upon whose smiles and well-being our own happiness depends.”

Unlike selling, serving indicates what we’re doing for others and how we’re helping someone somewhere improve the quality of life somehow.

Once you learn the art of serving people, in stead of people avoiding or resisting you when you’re offering your services, they will thank you with all of their heart for your great services.

Why?

It’s because you’re helping them solve their problems and get more of what they need and want in their life.

Let’s test your emotions.

1. Think of when you’re care for and when you’re loved. Did you feel good or bad?

2. Think of when you’re cheated and when you’re manipulated. Did you feel good or bad?

The answers are obvious.

The first emotion is the emotion that your visitors to your site, customers, and clients will have after receiving your great services.

The second emotion is the one that they will have after being sold to by you.
The art of serving people online

The art of serving people online lies within its definition. That is, you provide the people within your niche with great, superb, excellent content that is necessary, useful, and valuable and then make it available online through your website.

Specifically, you first create and develop a high quality theme-based content website and then use the site to serve your target audience around the world.

As I mentioned earlier, when you are truly serving others on a small or large scale, you are using you’re unique genius to improve quality of life for others. When you’re in service to others, you’re giving, not trading.

As you love and serve your customers from the bottom of your heart, they can sense it. As a result, they start to like and trust you and your site. And it’s natural that your customers will talk themselves into working with you, buying from you, and following your recommendations.

On the other hand, trying to get your visitors to buy your services (most small online business owners do) is not a wise way to do business.

Now you can see that when you are truly in service to others, you don’t have to worry whether or not the money will come. The money will come and come by law as the Law of Receiving stats, “Give, and you shall be given.” That’s right.

Proven Best Online Business Model

facebook-277242_1280

Here’s the fact…

There are 346,004,403 websites according to surveys.

I don’t have the statistic, but I can guest based on my personal online experience that only 5% of small online business owners are so successful, whereas the rest just earn enough to get by or fail (usually 2 years after starting).

Why?

Excellent question. The reason is that they know what they are doing. In other words, they know what the best online business model is and put it into practice.

Permit me to remind you that there’re more than 34 million sites being hosted on the Net. The number continues to grow. Perhaps now it’s going up to 40 millions. You see, there’re too many sites already out there.

So, where will your site be?

How can you make your site stand out from the enormous crowd?

How can you succeed online, anyway?

Well, these are pretty tough questions to answer. However, by strictly following the following best online business model, you will be on your way to succeed online because it is the proven, results-generating process. I say “proven” because I’m a living proof.

Okay. Ready to find out what the 4-step best online business model is? Here we go…

Step 1: Build a high-quality theme-based content website
First and foremost, you need to have a website, and it must be about a specific theme or niche.

For example, the theme of my website is about building a profitable, long-term online home based business, while Andy’s, my friend, website is related to weight loss.

Each page of your site must be about a specific topic (keyword) that is relevant to the theme.

Then all pages will form a theme-based content-rich site of quality and value to visitors.

Step 2: Build free targeted Web traffic

Websites of quality add value to the Web.

Google and Yahoo! Search love and really love websites that add value to the Web.

Why do the Search Engines love quality content-rich sites so much?

The reason is very obvious. The Search Engines like Google and Yahoo succeed only when they please their users.

If they list poor quality content on their results pages, they are going to lose their customers. They can’t afford to do that.

As a result, they send their users to quality content-rich sites like yours rather than the poor qaulity ones.

Step 3: Serve well

Once searchers referred by the Search Engines land on your site, they are called your site’s visitors.

If you serve them well, they’ll like you and come back again.

What does the word Serve mean in this context?

Serve indicates what you’re doing for others and how you’re helping someone somewhere improve the quality of life somehow.

In other words, serving your visitors well means that you give what they need and want. They need and want informative and useful content that they can trust. Remember: “Where there is no trust, there is no love.” That’s right.

 Step 4: Monetize

As visitors trust and like your site, they are likely to do business with you, rather than your competitors. We call them open-to-buy or warm visitors. At this point, monetizing becomes easier.

For example, they are much more open to purchase your e-books, follow your recommendation, buy your affiliate merchants’ audio CDs, subscribe to your membership program, and click on your Google AdSense ads.

 My last piece of advice

Strictly follow this best online business model in order. These 4 steps are essential ingredients for building a long-term, profitable online home based business.

Lacking just one of them, your business doesn’t taste delcious. That’s right. I also want to emphasize that the reason why so many small online business owners fail is because they generally lack one or two of these four ingredients.

From my own observation, I found that they commonly lack the second and third ingredients. That is, they lack Traffic and Serve Well. For example, they set up a website then they start to promote and sell their products or affiliate merchants’.

You see, they don’t have traffic (no visitors). Although they may get some visitors, these visitors are not open to buy since the site owners lack the ability to serve well.

Bottom line: Strictly follow the best online business model. Then like so many others, you, too, will succeed online.

And it is natural that when a person loves someone’s writing, she tends to like the writer as well. It’s just natural. That’s right.

When Search Engines users like Google searchers surf the Internet, they’re looking for information or solutions to their urgent problems.

The keyword that you should pay attention to is information.

Metaphorically speaking, having a quality info-rich websites are like having a shop that gives you visibility, patrons, and parking at a reasonable or no cost. Wow!

It’s worth noting that Search Engine users search for information, not YOU because they wouldn’t search for you if they already knew you?
